The journey of Helia Vitalis Wellness Clinic began with Gorana Bogdanovic, a wellness professional with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in women’s health.

In 2018, Gorana traveled to Rishikesh, India, where she immersed herself in Ayurveda, yoga, and breathwork. This experience inspired her to explore how holistic medicine could truly support women’s health and well-being.

After returning, she continued her Ayurveda and holistic studies in Canada, learning from experienced practitioners and doctors about the practical benefits of Ayurvedic medicine. She completed her studies in 2021 and launched Gorana Healthy Living, providing personalised holistic care to her clients.

In 2025, Gorana moved to Cyprus and founded Helia Vitalis Wellness Clinic, expanding her vision to create a comprehensive wellness clinic. Here, clients can experience signature therapies, wellness programs, workshops, and retreats, all designed to help women restore balance, energy, and vitality in a professional and supportive environment.

Gorana Bogdanovic

Gorana is a naturopath and Ayurvedic consultant with deep expertise in holistic wellness for women, particularly during pre-menopause and hormonal transitions.

Her professional experience includes:
